At Scents at No3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all candles and diffusers remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us without any damage.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
